Join us on July 11th for our 12th Annual Golf Tournament!

The Golf Tournament will start at 1:00 pm and it is a four-person scramble!

  • Rates: $130 per person or register your team for $500

  • Register before June 13th to receive a Leah’s Dream Foundation Jacket

  • We will email you for the team name and jacket sizing
